I have always wanted to make bread for us to use daily...for sandwiches and such!
Well i think i have finally found a recipe at (http://smittenkitchen.com/2009/01/light-wheat-bread/) that is light enough to eat most anything on...but heavy enough to still have that yummy hearty flavor of whole wheat!
Here it is...BEFORE going in the oven!
And After...yummy crustiness!!!
And on my plate for breakfast....nothing beats homemade french toast with HOMEMADE yumminess, i mean bread!
There will still be some tweaking...but i think that this will definitely be the FAVORED way for eating bread in the Stewart household!
